How do different talents, raid buffs and buffs from gear compare in terms of dps they bring to the table?

The list below shows how much dps each talent or buff contributes to total damage done. Note that the actual numbers depend on gear, and shouldn't be taken as a nominal value. This should, however, give an idea of the relative worth of different talents, and how different buffs compare to each other.

Talents

  • Improved Shadow Bolt: +355 dps (or +71 dps per talent point)
  • Bane: +399 dps (or +80 dps per talent point)
  • Devastion: +123 dps (or +25 dps per talent point)
  • Devastation with Ruin: +411 dps (or +68 dps per talent point)
  • Backlash: +74 dps (or +25 dps per talent point)
  • Shadow and Flame: +338 dps (or +68 dps per talent point)
  • Demon Sacrifice: +444 dps (or +21 dps per talent point)
  • Malediction: +64 dps for every warlock, mage and shadow priest (or +21 dps per talent point)

Raid Buffs

  • Curse of the Elements: +276 dps
  • Misery: +114 dps
  • Shadow Weaving: +218 dps
  • Moonkin Aura: +123 dps
  • Totem of Wrath: +74 dps
  • Wrath of Air Totem: +114 dps
  • Drums of Battle: +28 dps per drummer

Gear

  • Chaotic Skyfire Diamond: +56 dps
  • (4) Malefic Raiment: +144 dps
